Job Summary

The Netsuite ERP (Functional + Technical) role focuses on the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite ERP, including inventory, supply chain, operations, and financial modules. This position is instrumental in integrating various systems, ensuring seamless operations across the organization, and contributing to strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the technical aspects of the NetSuite ERP to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform system integration tasks, leveraging REST APIs for effective communication between systems.
• Develop saved searches, formulas, dashboards, and custom forms as needed to support business operations.
• Design and implement ERP workflows that align with business process requirements.
• Collaborate with team members across various time zones to gather and analyze requirements, providing solutions to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently while managing competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP management with a strong focus on functional and technical aspects.
• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and workflows within the NetSuite environment.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of business process flows and system design requirements.
• Ability to work independently and execute technical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification as a NetSuite Administrator or Consultant is preferred.
• An understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.
• Experience with REST API for system integration.

Experience

8+ years of relevant experience in NetSuite ERP management, with a focus on system integration and technical development.

Environment

This position is fully remote, requiring flexibility to overlap four hours with US business hours (11 AM to 8 PM/9 PM).

Salary

Estimated salary range is around 1.2 Lakh per month.
