Job Summary

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation that translates complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content. This role is vital in ensuring that users understand and can effectively utilize the company's software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, online help guides, and release notes for software products.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accurate content delivery.
• Utilize tools such as RoboHelp, FrameMaker, and DITA to produce well-structured documentation.
• Design and implement content using Epic Editor for Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
• Review and edit existing content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation continuously.

Qualifications

• Proficient in technical writing and content writing with a solid understanding of technical documentation standards.
• Experience with documentation tools such as RoboHelp, FrameMaker, and DITA.
• Familiarity with Epic Editor and SaaS applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
