EXIM Executive

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establishes internal controls, SOP’s and guidelines for EXIM accounting and month end closing  provisions.

• Oversees the preparation of periodic reports & ensures that the reported results comply with FEMA reporting .

• Analyse unit wise freight data and prepare a system for the Monthly premium freight data

• Responsible for Monthly variance & Provisions to the customers

• Cost reduction & cost saving project discussion with the Operation / business heads and monthly monitoring  

• Validation of the cost saving projects from other departments .  Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent management and supervisory skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in SAP , Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Desired Qualification

 • CA / CA (Inter) with 5-8 year experience in Exim dept accounting
