Oresta Platform Tech Lead

Job Summary

The Oresta Platform Tech Lead will be the first technology hire at Oresta, a healthcare company based in Hyderabad. This solo role involves building a unified data platform from scratch that integrates CRM, telecalling, and finance/billing tools. Reporting directly to a senior advisor, the Tech Lead will independently own the design, requirements gathering, and implementation of the platform, contributing significantly to the company’s technological foundation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a unified data platform integrating CRM, telecalling, and finance/billing systems.
• Implement core technology stack solutions using Python and full-stack JavaScript (Node.js, React.js).
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance platform functionality, focusing on AI-driven personalization for patient outreach and telecalling optimization.
• Develop visual dashboards and analytics front-end for data insights.
• Integrate CRM and accounting packages effectively.
• Collaborate on EMR (Electronic Medical Records) integration and understand billing and claims processes as a value addition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development and platform building.
• Strong proficiency in Python and full-stack JavaScript technologies (Node.js, React.js).
• Experience with AI/ML integration beyond just large language models or generative AI.
• Proven ability to independently manage design, requirements gathering, and implementation.
• Familiarity with CRM integration and handling patient or customer data.
• Understanding of healthcare or retail domains preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and self-driven work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EMR systems and billing/claims processes.
• Background in healthcare technology platforms.
• Knowledge of telecalling systems and optimization techniques.
• Exposure to finance and accounting software integration.

Experience

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development and platform architecture.
• Prior experience in CRM integration and personalization projects.
• Healthcare or retail industry experience preferred.

Environment

• Full-time, in-office role based in Srinagar Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
• Five-day workweek.
• Solo technical role with direct reporting to senior leadership.
• Small team environment focused on building a scalable platform rather than an IT services setup.

Salary

• Budgeted around 18 LPA (Indian Rupees per annum), with marginal flexibility for exceptional candidates.
