Job Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a pivotal addition to the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the organization. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical delivery to ensure timely and effective project execution.

• Implement and oversee operational governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on technology sectors.
• Strong background in program and delivery management within a tech-driven environment.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and the ability to guide organizations through transformation.
• Skills in client relationship management and effective crisis and risk management techniques.
• Knowledge of resource and capacity planning, along with experience in quality systems governance.
• Understanding of performance metrics, including OKRs/KPIs, for monitoring organizational success.
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities and a solid understanding of ethics and compliance in operational practices.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (e.g. MBA) are preferred.

• Familiarity with automated quality control systems and metric monitoring practices.
• Experience in organizational performance management and scalability.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 year of relevant experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within technology-focused organizations.
