What is the Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative Role? This isn’t your typical calling job. As a Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative at Mentoria, you are the first human touchpoint between Mentoria and the corporate world. You’ll initiate meaningful conversations with CHROs, Employee Wellbeing heads, L&D heads, DE&I leaders, and Employee Experience SPOCs, and generate qualified meetings for our Business Development team. This role requires intelligence, empathy, research, and relationship-building not just scripts and spamming.
