M365 Migration Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled M365 Migration Specialist to lead and support migrations from Gsuite to Microsoft 365 and tenant-to-tenant transitions. The specialist will utilize Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange Online (EXO), SharePoint Online (SPO), and OneDrive for Business (ODB) to execute migration runbooks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth large-scale migrations. This role is critical in enabling seamless cutovers and maintaining operational continuity during migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform Gsuite to Microsoft 365 and tenant-to-tenant migrations efficiently and accurately.
• Execute migration runbooks with confidence, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Work extensively with Microsoft 365 stack including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Support SharePoint On-Premises to Online migrations using Content Matrix or Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) tools.
• Troubleshoot migration challenges using PowerShell scripting and other diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and customers to facilitate seamless migration cutovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Proficient in Gsuite to Microsoft 365 migration processes.
• Strong expertise in OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Content Matrix and Quest ODM migration tools.
• Skilled in executing migration runbooks and problem-solving during migrations.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for troubleshooting and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot and Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Understanding of SharePoint Search design and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) basics.
• Experience working with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and hybrid environments.
• Technical writing and documentation skills related to migration processes.

Experience

• At least 6+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and Gsuite to M365 transitions.

Salary

• Annual Salary: ₹2,800,000 INR
