About the Role

As a Voice AI Prompt Engineer, you'll design, build, and deploy high-quality production voice agents for enterprise customers in the U.S. legal market. This is a hands-on role where you'll work at the intersection of Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, and customer deployments.

You'll be responsible for creating natural, reliable, and intelligent Voice AI experiences that solve real-world business problems. We are looking for someone who has already built production-grade voice agents and has a strong understanding of how to design conversations that feel human, accurate, and effective.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop production-ready Voice AI agents for enterprise clients.
• Write, test, and optimize prompts for real-world conversational workflows.
• Build natural conversation flows, fallback logic, and edge-case handling.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Continuously improve agent performance using testing, experimentation, and user feedback.
• Deploy multiple Voice AI agents across different customer use cases.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality AI experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, Voice AI, and agentic workflows.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 1+ year of experience working at a Voice AI company.
• Experience building and deploying production Voice AI agents.
• Strong Prompt Engineering experience with LLMs.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to design conversations for U.S. users.
• Experience working directly with customer requirements and translating them into AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of conversational design and prompt optimization.
• Graduated in 2021 or later.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Voice AI platforms (e.g., Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, ElevenLabs, or similar)
• LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama
• Function/tool calling
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI agent frameworks
• Prompt evaluation and optimization
• Customer-facing AI implementations
• Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering
