Job Summary

The Prompt Engineer will play a critical role in creating and optimizing multiple voice bots/voice agents designed for clients in the U.S. legal market. This position demands exceptional communication skills due to the nature of the work and aims to enhance client interactions through innovative voice technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement various voice bots and voice agents for clients within the legal sector.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and create effective prompts for voice interactions.
• Ensure high-quality output and user experience through continuous testing and refinement of voice agents.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in voice AI technology to inform development strategies.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate on existing voice agents and improve performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience working within a voice AI company is required.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering, specifically in creating voice agents.
• Educational qualifications should include graduation after 2021.
• Strong experience in forward deployment with a focus on building agents for clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and accomplish significant outcomes in the voice AI space.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for the U.S. market.
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with speech recognition and voice user interface design.
