Job Summary

The RPA role focuses on developing and managing Power Automate workflows utilizing Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and enhancing integration with SharePoint and Azure services. The candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining business processes and improving collaboration through automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Automate workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
• Integrate workflows with Office 365, particularly with SharePoint Online, using PowerShell scripting.
• Interact with various external data sources to perform Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations.
• Debug, develop, and implement new conditions/actions in existing and new workflows using PAD.
• Design end-to-end solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate directly with clients to support diverse projects and solutions.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot client challenges.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365 to facilitate process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Total of 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in hands-on experience in UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in developing RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate/Flow, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath.
  • Familiarity with .Net development, including C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to create and connect child flows and utilize custom connectors in Microsoft Automate/Flow.
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate functions and limitations.
  • Experience with SQL and Data Verse is a plus.
  • Knowledge in creating PowerShell scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PL-500 (Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer) and PL-900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals) are good to have.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with both large and small audiences.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of total experience with at least 2 years in RPA development using UiPath and Power Automate.
