Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodology to join our team immediately. The candidate will oversee the Agile development for an ongoing project, ensuring the delivery of quality solutions in line with client expectations. This role is critical due to the urgency of the position, as the new hire will take over from the current business analyst.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Oversee Agile development processes and facilitate Scrum meetings.
• Analyze and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks in collaboration with the development team.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Experience

4-6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development context.

Environment

This is a hybrid role based out of Noida, Gurgaon, or Jaipur, providing flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
