Job Summary

The Manager – BIP&MDM Product Owner will drive and participate in global projects within the Close & Control BIP & MDM area. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with IFRS and SOX requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project deliverables and enhance financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive and participate in global projects related to Close & Control BIP & MDM.
• Prepare regular updates on project statuses for senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the C&C organization, risk & compliance teams, and global process owners to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Ensure full compliance of processes and projects with IFRS and SOX requirements.
• Consolidate information from organization hubs located in Poland, Malaysia, Costa Rica, and Pakistan.
• Review financial information to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate project governance meetings and sign-off on project phases.
• Improve BIP/MDM controls within the Master Controls Framework (MCF).
• Ensure compliance with internal organization policies.
• Support global process owners and project managers in Close & Control projects.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing requested evidence as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Financial Reporting or Audit.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working in a control environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Close & Control tools (e.g., Blackline, Cadency, AICO).
• Project management experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and agility.
• Experience working in a matrix team environment.

Experience

• Relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, or project management is required.

Environment

• The position is based in Bengaluru Luxor North Tower and follows a hybrid work model.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹6,500,000.
