Job Description
<div>Creative Design & Branding:<br />
• Develop visually appealing static and dynamic graphics for Social media posts, stories,<br />
carousels, and video assets.<br />
• Ensure designs align with Emmay Entertainment’s brand identity, tone, and aesthetic.<br />
• Reference various graphic styles to create unique designs and adapt to different project<br />
themes (e.g., minimalistic, bold, vintage, contemporary).<br />
Video Production & Editing<br />
• Create & Edit social media assets like - Reels, IGTV, YouTube content using archival<br />
footage and new content.<br />
• Add creative elements like motion graphics, typography, and transitions to enhance videos.<br />
Archival Content Utilization<br />
• Collaborate with the team to repurpose archival footage and images for social media<br />
campaigns.<br />
• Ensure the archival bank is tapped effectively to create new content formats.<br />
Trend Adaptation & Innovation<br />
• Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends to keep Emmay’s content fresh<br />
and engaging.<br />
• Incorporate trending formats like stop motion, typography videos, etc<br />
Content Optimization<br />
• Adapt visuals to platform-specific formats (e.g., Instagram stories, YouTube shorts, or<br />
Facebook Posts).<br />
• Ensure all content is optimized for digital delivery in terms of resolution, size, and platform-<br />
specific standards.</div>
<div>Additional Visual Designing Requirements<br />
• Assist in any graphic design requirements during the pre/post-production phases of<br />
projects. (e.g. Creating suppers, title cards etc.)<br />
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, direction and content teams to support them on the<br />
creative visual endeavors from a design perspective for creating pitch decks & so on.<br />
• Take feedback constructively and adapt designs as per requirements.<br />
Quality Control & Consistency<br />
• Maintain high design standards & ensure brand guidelines are followed across all<br />
deliverables.</div>
