Role & Responsibilities<br /> Skills<br /> Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support<br /> Develop and implement the overall QA strategy for the organization<br /> Implement and manage performance and load testing strategies<br /> Drive the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks.<br /> Work towards achieving a high level of test automation coverage<br /> Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create<br /> comprehensive test plans<br /> Hands-on with developing automation for the product, and optimise automation with<br /> CI/CD<br /> Escalating critical bugs and minimising the manual efforts in application testing and<br /> delivery<br /> Providing feedback on new features prior to integrating them into future releases<br /> Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies<br /> Experience with Selenium and mobile app automation<br /> Experience<br /> Qualifications<br /> Understanding of mobile app automation tools/frameworks such as Appium,<br /> BrowserStack etc.<br /> Experience with designing end-to-end test-automation suite for module / component /<br /> product<br /> Experience with API test automation using Rest Assured<br /> Solid understanding of test planning, test cases writing skills<br /> Experience with white-box automation testing, API contract testing and quality assurance<br /> Exposure to performance, load testing & behaviour driven development (BDD)<br /> Exposure to Linux/Unix based systems and basic shell-scripting knowledge<br /> Clear communication, analytical and problem-solving skills<br /> 8-10 years of relevant experience<br /> Engineering or science background is preferred.<br /> Bachelor’s degree and above is preferred
