This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire working capital lifecycle, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay processes, banking operations, treasury functions, and inventory/fixed asset tracking &amp; management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes within a manufacturing environment and a proven track record of optimizing working capital efficiency.</p> <p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><b>Working Capital Management:</b>

<ul type="circle">
	<li>Implement and manage strategies to optimize cash flow, minimize cycle times, and reduce borrowing needs across the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain working capital forecasts for accurate financial planning and budgeting.</li>
	<li>Analyze and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements across the working capital lifecycle.</li>
	<li>Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Banking &amp; Treasury:</b>
<ul type="circle">
	<li>Manage all aspects of company banking relationships, including account maintenance, cash concentration, and disbursement activities.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to manage financial risk and optimize returns on investments.</li>
	<li>Monitor currency exchange rates and implement strategies to mitigate foreign exchange risk.</li>

<li><b>Inventory &amp; Fixed Asset Management:</b>
<ul type="circle">
	<li>Develop and maintain systems for effective inventory control and optimization.</li>
	<li>Implement fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules.</li>
	<li>Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliations.</li>
</ul>

<li><b>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis:</b>
<ul type="circle">
	<li>Prepare and analyze financial reports related to working capital, banking, and treasury functions.</li>
	<li>Provide insights and recommendations on financial performance to senior management.</li>

<li><b>Project Management:</b>
<ul type="circle">
	<li>Manage and lead cross-functional projects to improve working capital efficiency and implement new financial initiatives.</li>

</ul> <p><b>Qualifications:</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/MBA preferred).</li> <li>6-8 years of experience in working capital management, financial operations, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimizing working capital strategies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, banking, and treasury processes.</li> <li>Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Experience with relevant financial software (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.</li> </ul> </div> </div>
