P-TAL, featured on Shark Tank India, is India’s first brand reviving handcrafted brass, copper, and kansa cookware. Blending tradition with modern design, P-TAL promotes sustainable and Ayurvedic living through elegant, healthy cookware for today’s homes. � � About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive digital growth and ROI across online channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and passionate about D2C e-commerce — someone who can scale ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google while maintaining strong brand positioning. � � Key Responsibilities ● Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other performance channels. ● Manage daily budgets, bids, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS and conversions. ● Analyze campaign data, traffic, and sales funnels to improve performance metrics. ● Work closely with the design, content, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with product launches and seasonal goals. ● Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates. ● Monitor key KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and generate weekly performance reports. ● Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and new ad tools to enhance overall efficiency. ● Collaborate with agencies or internal teams to ensure brand consistency and accurate ad tracking. ● Bonus: Understanding of Ayurveda-based or wellness brand communication will be a plus. � � Requirements ● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google + Meta Ads). ● Proven success in managing e-commerce / D2C brand campaigns. ● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Tag Manager. ● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights. ● Experience in marketing agency, cookware, or lifestyle/e-commerce brands preferred. ● Creative problem solver with excellent communication and coordination skills. � � Why Join P-Tal ● Work with a purpose-driven, sustainable Indian brand reviving traditional craftsmanship. ● Opportunity to experiment, learn, and grow with a fast-scaling D2C brand. ● Collaborative team culture with a balance of creativity and data-driven marketing. ● 6-days work week & open, growth-focused work environment.
