Job Summary
The Offline Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing regional and national offline marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility and supporting the dealer and distributor network. This role involves driving customer engagement and generating qualified leads through various offline channels such as exhibitions, events, and rural activations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized offline marketing strategies aligned with national and global business objectives.
- Analyze regional market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, and market opportunities to inform marketing tactics.
- Plan and execute various marketing events, including exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, product launches, roadshows, and farmer meetings.
- Drive qualified lead generation through field marketing, events, demonstrations, and dealer-led campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with dealers, distributors, and regional sales teams to implement local marketing programs effectively.
- Manage dealer showroom branding, signage, promotional materials, and other offline brand assets.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including agencies, vendors, event organizers, and media partners.
- Oversee local public relations, media partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all offline channels while adapting campaigns based on regional requirements.
- Develop and manage regional marketing toolkits, campaign materials, and execution guidelines.
- Prepare and manage offline marketing budgets, ensuring activities are conducted within approved limits.
- Track performance metrics such as campaign engagement, lead generation outcomes, and return on investment, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Digital Marketing) for integrated campaign execution.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting actionable insights and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in offline marketing, preferably within the sectors of agricultural machinery, tractors, automotive, or B2B product marketing.
- Strong background in managing exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer marketing, rural marketing, and field activations.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, regional market dynamics, and strategies for customer acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven project management and planning skills, including an understanding of budgeting and execution capabilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and how they integrate with offline marketing efforts.
- Experience in managing large-scale events and sponsorship programs.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in offline marketing, specifically in agricultural machinery, tractors, automotive, or related industrial B2B environments.
Environment
