Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. Performance Marketing Strategy:<br />
○ Develop and own the overall performance marketing strategy to drive<br />
traffic, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.<br />
○ Implement best practices for scaling paid media campaigns across<br />
platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,<br />
and emerging channels.<br />
○ Focus on optimizing for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime<br />
Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).<br />
2. Campaign Management & Optimization:<br />
○ Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns,<br />
including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis.<br />
○ Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing,<br />
creative iterations, audience targeting, and bid adjustments.<br />
○ Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives<br />
and landing pages.</div>

<div>3. Data Analysis & Reporting:<br />
○ Analyze campaign performance data and customer behavior metrics to<br />
identify trends and opportunities.<br />
○ Create detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and<br />
recommendations to senior leadership.<br />
○ Use predictive analytics to forecast performance outcomes and guide<br />
budget allocation.</div>

<div>4. Customer Journey & Funnel Optimization:<br />
○ Work closely with UX teams to optimize the customer journey from<br />
acquisition to conversion.<br />
○ Focus on increasing conversion rates through landing page<br />
optimization, checkout processes, and post-purchase experiences.<br />
○ Develop and execute retargeting strategies to re-engage customers<br />
and drive repeat purchases.<br />
5. Technology & Tools:<br />
○ Leverage advanced marketing tools and platforms, such as Google<br />
Analytics, Shopify, WebEngage, GoKwik, KwikPass and CRM systems,<br />
to enhance campaign effectiveness.</div>

<div>Qualifications:<br />
● Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA<br />
preferred.<br />
● 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within a D2C or<br />
e-commerce environment.<br />
● Demonstrated success in scaling paid media budgets and achieving<br />
aggressive growth targets.<br />
● Deep expertise in key performance marketing platforms (Google Ads,<br />
Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.).<br />
● Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and<br />
ROI-focused marketing.<br />
● Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups),<br />
and marketing automation platforms.<br />
● Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.<br />
