Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager who has a profound understanding of consumer behavior, has experience building user-facing products, and can conceptualize the intersection of gaming, commerce, and motivation loops. This position is targeted at individuals who are passionate about understanding user behavior and can thrive in dynamic startup environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product thinking for key PlaySuper surfaces: in-game stores, rewards flow, pricing logic, discovery, and redemption.
  • Deeply understand gamer psychology, reward motivation, and behavioral loops.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses and experiments.
  • Work closely with design teams to create intuitive, low-friction consumer experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering to rapidly launch features without compromising user experience.
  • Continuously analyze user data, drop-offs, and engagement signals to enhance conversion and retention metrics.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B tests, feature pilots, and cohort analysis.
  • Serve as the voice of the user internally, consistently questioning, “Would this actually excite a player?”

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Strong background in building consumer-facing products.
  • Prior experience with e-commerce products, marketplaces, or transactional consumer applications.
  • High empathy for users, combined with a strong intuition for UX and user psychology.
  • Comfortable working in close collaboration with designers and engineers.
  • Ability to think in systems, flows, and incentives rather than merely focusing on features.
  • Excellent communication skills with structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with casual gaming, hyper-casual gaming, or real-money gaming (RMG) products.
  • Experience in building reward systems, loyalty programs, or gamified products.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
  • Prior startup experience where ambiguity was commonplace.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager.
