Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing &amp; Evaluation ● Source early-stage startups via App Store, Steam, AngelList, LinkedIn, Tracxn, Product Hunt, Inc42, Entrackr, Twitter, Reddit, etc. ● Build and maintain deal-sourcing networks and relationships. ● Evaluate pitches and identify high-potential investment opportunities. ● Maintain and update deal-flow trackers, follow up with founders. IC Memo &amp; Deal Diligence ● Conduct commercial and product diligence for shortlisted deals. ● Prepare IC notes and investment memos. ● Manage diligence and transaction support with internal teams and legal advisors. Market &amp; Industry Research ● Analyze the gaming and interactive media space. ● Track macro trends, M&amp;A activity, valuation benchmarks. ● Support flagship reports like &ldquo;State of India Gaming&rdquo;. Proprietary Research ● Conduct deep-dives on sub-sectors within gaming/media. ● Assist in research and portfolio company strategy. Marketing &amp; Fundraising ● Build pitch decks and presentation material for LPs. ● Support quarterly LP updates and fundraising efforts. Portfolio Support ● Conduct competitor analysis and market research. ● Support hiring and talent acquisition for portfolio companies. ● Assist with financial modeling and fundraising strategy. Desired Skills and Experience ● Education: PGDM or MBA from a top-ranked university (IIMs, ISB, Ivy League, etc.). ● Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in: ○ Venture Capital (preferred) ○ Private Equity ○ Investment Banking ○ Strategy Consulting ○ Corporate Strategy in high-growth tech companies ● Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. ● A passion for gaming, technology, and new media sectors. ● Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and self-driven. ● Comfortable working in small, fast-paced teams. Bonus Skills ● Experience with legal documents (SHA/SSA). ● Previous transaction/portfolio support exposure. ● Exposure to startup ecosystems.
