Job Summary

The Salesforce DevOps Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce DevOps processes to ensure smooth Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. This role is critical in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps processes, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage version control systems such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab for branching, merging, and release management.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts for automation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Ensure best practices for release governance, compliance, and security in Salesforce environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps.
• Proficiency in GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
• Expertise in Custom Scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., DevOps Center, Copado, or equivalent) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of at least one Salesforce DevOps tool: Copado, Autorabit, Gearset, or Flosum.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for integration.

Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce DevOps.
