Processing Engineer with extensive experience in Manufacturing of fruit pulp; Dairy and or Beverages. Plant Operation & people management. Full understanding of establishing Automation and undertaking Validation of new products and new processing lines -  particularly in the area of A-septic & Retort products. Maintenance of all processing & Packaging Equipment. Utilities & Manpower Training.  Experience in Food safety Audits & Certification.  Exposure to Retort; canning and pouch filling machines again a plus.
