Job Summary

The General Manager-Building will oversee all aspects of building construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is crucial in managing teams, liaising with stakeholders, and driving the overall success of construction initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building construction, preferably with top reputed companies, 5-star hotels, or leading hospitals.

• Experience with sustainable building practices and green construction methods.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Nagpur.

Experience
