Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of proven expertise in IT/technical hiring. The ideal candidate should be adept at sourcing, screening, and closing niche technical roles across various domains while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions across multiple domains and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural alignment through resumes, interviews, and assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and clients.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate engagement, and ensure high offer-to-joining conversion.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and MIS reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in IT services, product, or consulting organizations.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing for Java, .NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, Data Engineering, QA Automation, Full-Stack, and emerging tech roles.
  • Hands-on experience with job boards (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.), ATS tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in volume hiring, lateral hiring, and niche skill recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and onboarding processes.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.

Environment

  • Location: PAN India, typically involves remote and/or in-office dynamics, adaptable to various environments.
