Job Description

Sales & Market Expansion:

 

 Achieve sales targets for Bengaluru by driving primary and secondary sales.

 

 Set up distribution networks by appointing and managing distributors in key suburbs.

 

 Ensure strong numeric and weighted distribution across General Trade (GT), Modern

 

Trade (MT), and Key Accounts.

 

 Develop and execute a territory sales plan, ensuring strong market penetration.

 

 Drive sales volume growth, new outlet expansion, and brand visibility in retail stores.

 

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

 

 Lead, mentor and motivate a team of 12-15 sales representatives to maximize

 

productivity.

 

 Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews to track achievements and coursecorrect if needed.

 

 Drive a high-performance sales culture through training, on-field coaching and

 

performance incentives.

 

 Recruit, onboard, and develop a winning sales team for Bengaluru.

 

Distributor & Retailer Management:

 

 Identify, appoint and manage distributors to ensure efficient sales and supply chain

 

operations.

 

 Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure

 

RIO’s market leadership.

 

 Ensure distributors have the right stock levels, optimal working capital and adherence to

 

company policies.

 

 Develop and execute trade promotions to drive retailer engagement and sales growth.
