Team size - 100 +<br />
Organisational structure - senior manager and ASM and sales officers. 5-6 ppl in zonal / ASM category reporting to the MD and the board <br />
existence since 70's Grains and Sattu <br />
multiple factories across Bengal Jharkhand, Bihar Andhra and Telangana<br />
18 crs revenue this year (10 year old investment for MOPE)<br />

1. Sales head - Based in Kolkata<br />
pref from food/ FMCG industry <br />
Not t00 old (35-46 age)<br />
60-75 CTC. <br />
40-50 will be fixed and rest can be as variables structure is very aggressive along with ESOPs<br />
750 crs revenue <br />
30-35% from atta and rest is from value added products (sattu, besan , dalia, and other products) this is a very Unorganised markets across the country. <br />
distribution to 75000 outlets <br />
85-90% general trade, and small part will be e-comm and MT<br />
they are an evolving organisation <br />
aiming to get 1000crs bracket and IPO<br />
Shortly looking at ESOPs distributions (slightly promoter driven org)<br />
someone who is looking for a long term career path<br />
Relocating candidate can be looked at( should have roots in Kolkata)<br />
Job hoppers are a strict NO NO.<br />

Should have managed around 1000crs but they are flexible with this ask. but at least 500-600 crs to start with; dont want only 200-300 crs of exp. </div>
