Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging, SEO-optimized content to drive traffic and enhance our brand’s online presence.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) with consistent, on-brand content.
- Design, automate, and optimize email newsletters to keep the audience informed and engaged.
- Edit and Produce engaging Reels for social media platforms to attract and retain followers.
- Create compelling visuals and graphics for digital campaigns.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance content rankings and organic reach.
- Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and impactful posts.
- Mentor and guide City Counsels (part of the City Ambassador Program) in social media best practices and content creation.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.
