Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager with over 3 years of proven
expertise in managing all facets of human resources. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding
of payroll, compliance, labor laws, performance appraisals, bonuses, employee relations, and hierarchy
management. The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring
organizational growth, and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compliance Management:
Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for
employees.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws, tax regulations, and HR-related
policies.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure proper tax filings and employee benefits.
Stay up-to-date on changes in labor law and regulations to ensure the company remains
compliant.
Labor Law & Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that the company’s HR policies and practices align with current labor laws and industry
best practices.
Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to legal and regulatory HR matters.
Maintain records of employee grievances, disputes, and compliance investigations.
Appraisal & Bonus Systems:
Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance appraisals for
employees.
Manage and oversee the bonus structure, ensuring alignment with performance metrics,
employee goals, and company objectives.
Support leadership in fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure open lines of communication.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.

goals and HR initiatives.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for new and existing employees.
Develop HR metrics to measure success and improve processes across the HR function.
HR Strategy & Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall HR strategy in collaboration
with senior leadership.
Drive strategic HR initiatives to support business growth and improve organizational
effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA
preferred.
3+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll, compliance, labor laws,
employee relations, and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in managing payroll systems and compliance with various compensation and
benefits laws.
Ability to effectively manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance appraisals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
