The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding<br /> of payroll, compliance, labor laws, performance appraisals, bonuses, employee relations, and hierarchy<br /> management. The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring<br /> organizational growth, and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Payroll &amp; Compliance Management:<br />  Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for<br /> employees.<br />  Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws, tax regulations, and HR-related<br /> policies.<br />  Coordinate with finance teams to ensure proper tax filings and employee benefits.<br />  Stay up-to-date on changes in labor law and regulations to ensure the company remains<br /> compliant.<br /> Labor Law &amp; Regulatory Compliance:<br />  Ensure that the company&rsquo;s HR policies and practices align with current labor laws and industry<br /> best practices.<br />  Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to legal and regulatory HR matters.<br />  Maintain records of employee grievances, disputes, and compliance investigations.<br /> Appraisal &amp; Bonus Systems:<br />  Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance appraisals for<br /> employees.<br />  Manage and oversee the bonus structure, ensuring alignment with performance metrics,<br /> employee goals, and company objectives.<br />  Support leadership in fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.<br /> Employee Relations:<br />  Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure open lines of communication.<br />  Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.</div> <div> Create and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace<br /> morale.<br />  Ensure proper management of employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exits.<br /> Hierarchy Management:<br />  Support the creation and maintenance of the company&rsquo;s organizational structure and hierarchy.<br />  Work closely with senior leadership to align talent management with company goals and future<br /> growth.<br />  Monitor and assess the structure of departments and teams to ensure maximum efficiency and<br /> productivity.<br /> Team Leadership &amp; Development:<br />  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational<br /> goals and HR initiatives.<br />  Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for new and existing employees.<br />  Develop HR metrics to measure success and improve processes across the HR function.<br /> HR Strategy &amp; Planning:<br />  Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall HR strategy in collaboration<br /> with senior leadership.<br />  Drive strategic HR initiatives to support business growth and improve organizational<br /> effectiveness.<br /> Qualifications:<br />  Bachelor&#39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA<br /> preferred.<br />  3+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll, compliance, labor laws,<br /> employee relations, and organizational development.<br />  Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices.<br />  Proven experience in managing payroll systems and compliance with various compensation and<br /> benefits laws.<br />  Ability to effectively manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance appraisals.<br />  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<br />  Leadership experience, including managing the HR team and working with senior management.<br />  Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.<br />  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</div>
