Job Title: Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager
Reporting To: Managing Partner
Experience Level: 5–12 years
About the Firm:
We are launching our second fund of size 100 MN USD. We have successfully deployed earlier fund of 10 MN USD.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead and support our fundraising and investor relations efforts. This individual will play a key role in raising capital from Limited Partners (LPs), maintaining ongoing relationships with existing investors, and supporting strategic capital formation initiatives across current and future funds.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising:
- Assist in developing and executing the firm’s fundraising strategy for new funds or vehicles
- Identify, research, and engage potential Limited Partners (HNWIs, Family Offices, Institutions, Funds-of-Funds, Endowments)
- Prepare compelling fundraising materials – pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs, data rooms, and investor reports
- Manage investor pipelines and outreach using CRM systems
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on fund documentation and structuring
Investor Relations:
- Serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors
- Develop and distribute regular investor updates, performance reports, and communications
- Organize annual investor meetings, webinars, and portfolio showcases
- Address LP queries and maintain transparency through effective reporting
- Build and manage a strong LP relationship database and feedback loop
Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of LP investment trends, fundraising benchmarks, and macroeconomic indicators
- Monitor competitor fundraising activity and industry best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-12 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private/investment banking, wealth management or fundraising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Financial acumen and ability to explain fund strategies and performance metrics clearly
- High attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently
- Prior experience with CRM tools, data room platforms (e.g., DocSend), and fund reporting tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
