<div>Corporate Accounts</div> <div>Indian Accounting&nbsp;</div> <div>Consolidation&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Job Description:</div> <div>● Accounting and reporting</div> <div>● Working knowledge of consolidation process for financial statements to prepare accounts with disclosures and notes</div> <div>● Ensuring timely and accurate closing of books of accounts on a monthly basis and preparation of quarterly results</div> <div>● Preparing variance analysis of financial performance of both P&amp;L and balance sheet</div> <div>● Preparing accounts for a listed company and its subsidiaries with notes to accounts, disclosures etc</div> <div>● Writing accounting memos for reaching appropriate accounting solutions</div> <div>● Information and audit</div> <div>● Providing solutions for accounting positions and well versed in accounting standards, preparation of accounting notes etc</div> <div>● Coordinating and liasing with auditors on key accounting matters and driving closure of accounting positions with them</div> <div>● Dealing with auditors to for quarterly and annual audit and closing of audit issues</div> <div>● Work with FP&amp;A and other internal teams to drive activities</div> <div>● Controls and hygiene</div> <div>● Review of sub ledgers and General ledgers to ensure appropriate reconciliations and controls are in place</div> <div>● Process reengineering and automation</div> <div>● Balance sheet and P&amp;L review</div>
