Business Development Manager (Dermatology)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand CHOSEN/Izonis’s presence within the dermatology ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a proven track record in sales or business development, and prior experience working within the dermatology, aesthetic, or skincare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion avenues.
  • Conduct regular field visits to dermatology clinics and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive product awareness and adoption among dermatologists and skincare practitioners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Territory Management, or Key Account Management.
  • Prior experience in the Dermatology, Aesthetic, Skincare, Cosmeceutical, or Pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the dermatology market and healthcare ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager.
  • Background as a Territory Sales Executive, Area Sales Executive, or Medical Representative (Dermatology Division).
  • Familiarity with Key Account Executive or Relationship Manager roles within Dermatology/Aesthetics.
  • Experience as a Clinic Partnership Manager.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the dermatology/aesthetic/skincare industry.

Environment

  • The role is field-based requiring extensive travel within the assigned territories, including Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, South Mumbai, Noida, and Dehradun.

Salary

  • CTC of up to ₹6 LPA.
