Job Description
Ensure the organization’s full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
➢ Oversee the implementation of compliance programs and policies across the organization.
➢ Act as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders.
➢ Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability within the organization.
➢ Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the organization's operations, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place.
➢ Regularly review and update governance and risk management policies in line with industry best practices.
➢ Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
➢ Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
➢ Lead cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
➢ Ensure that all operations adhere to the highest ethical standards and corporate governance principles.
➢ Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and meetings, advocating for the company’s interests.
➢ Develop, implement, and review organizational policies to ensure they meet legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
➢ Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures. ➢ Provide training and support to staff on regulatory changes and compliance matters.
