Aem Form Lead

Job Summary

The Aem Form Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) forms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality adaptive forms that meet business requirements and enhance user experience. The Aem Form Lead will also mentor junior developers and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AEM forms, including adaptive forms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality and performance of AEM solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM forms and related technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of AEM solutions with other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AEM forms development.
• Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Experience in managing offshore and onshore teams.
• Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in AEM forms development.
• Experience in leading teams and managing projects in a technical environment.

Environment

• Work location is flexible, with options in Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or any Coforge location.
• Remote work is also an option.
• Collaborative and dynamic work environment with cross-functional teams.
