Job Description
HR executive (Inclined towards performance management systems)<br /> Minimum experience: 2 years <br /> Monthly remuneration: 30k -40k (incentives included)<br /> Performance management to be done for a team strength of: 20<br /> For a small team, there are 4 areas to focus on when it comes to human resource<br />
- Every 15 day performance review, team discussion and counselling. <br />
- Salary, leaves and late coming <br />
- Recruitment and online profile <br />
- Training and development <br /> Performance review <br /> Needs to be done of a mixed team where it ranges from pattern cutters , designers , production<br /> in charge , Production coordinator .Performance parameters need to be made for all and<br /> evaluation on the same. <br /> Major role full day shall be in observing each individual and checking their reports.<br /> At Least 20 % remuneration of each team member has to be variable and performance based.<br /> Salary, leaves and late coming <br /> Every 15 days informing the team about pending leaves, week offs and late coming. Ensuring<br /> discipline regarding their timings <br /> Recruitment and social media<br /> Managing online profile of Sarus designs llp on linked in, uploading achievements and client<br /> reviews online<br /> Ensuring best of talent is recruited for necessary roles mainly fashion consultants, fashion<br /> designers and customer care representatives <br /> Training and development<br /> Learning our in-house ERP (major important modules)<br /> Making training modules for full teams for ERP. Tests for how much they have learnt and<br /> implemented.<br /> Soft skill training with some professional trainer to be scheduled every 3 months <br /> Feedback and review of each employee on pre-defined parameters <br /> Skills needed in the candidate:<br />

- Empathy<br />
- Inclination towards performance management.
