Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled US Tax 1040 Lead to manage a team of 30 associates, delivering exceptional remote customer support focused on US Tax 1040 form assistance. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and in-depth expertise in US Tax 1040, along with the ability to guide a large team through the complexities of tax-related queries and client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 associates to ensure high-quality customer support, optimizing workflow and ensuring productivity.
  • Client Support: Provide expert assistance on US Tax 1040-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans to maintain high standards in customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to streamline tax support processes.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest US tax regulations and customer support protocols.
  • Reporting: Generate and present periodic performance and status reports to upper management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in US Tax 1040 customer support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing large teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in US Tax 1040 form preparation and support. Familiarity with customer support tools and tax software is an advantage.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team effectively in a remote environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong client-facing orientation.
  • Work Hours: Availability to work US shift timings.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with various tax software tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret tax-related data.

Experience
