Power Automate Developer - RPA - Gen AI

Job Summary

The Power Automate Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. This role will leverage generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) to enhance automation processes that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated workflows and RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Integrate generative AI capabilities to optimize automation processes and enhance data handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand processes suitable for automation.
• Test and deploy automation solutions ensuring quality and performance meet standards.
• Maintain existing automation processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Document design specifications and provide user training on new automation tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate and RPA tools.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their application in automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in RPA development or Microsoft Power Platform are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and other integration tools.
• Experience with API integration and data handling in automated processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C# or JavaScript would be advantageous.

Experience

Candidates should have at least 2-5 years of experience in software development, specifically in RPA using Microsoft Power Automate.
