According to estimates from the Association</p> <p>of Mutual Funds in India, assets under management of Indian mutual funds doubled to INR 44.39 trillion (USD 542</p> <p>billion) in the five years to June 2023.</p> <p>Jio BlackRock brings BlackRock&rsquo;s deep expertise and talent in investment management, risk management, product</p> <p>excellence, access to technology, operations, scale, and intellectual capital around markets, while JFS contributes local</p> <p>market knowledge, customer reach, digital infrastructure capabilities and robust execution capabilities.</p> <p>Together, the partnership will introduce a new player to the India market with a unique combination of scope, scale, and</p> <p>resources. JFS and BlackRock are targeting initial investment of US$150 million each in the joint venture. The joint</p> <p>venture will have its own management team and will launch operations post all regulatory and statutory approvals.</p> <p>About this role:</p> <p>Affluent is a segment of customers who are High Net Worth who expect customized wealth management solutions</p> <p>to meet their financial objectives. They require personalized services along with investment expertise and ease of</p> <p>execution. Affluent Business offer a gamut of different product offerings tailor-made to its customers with</p> <p>seamless touchpoints.</p> <p>The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing HNI client relationships through risk profiling,</p> <p>continuous client engagements and providing investment solutions. The RM will be responsible for identification</p> <p>of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. The position entails</p> <p>client management and acquisition with a key focus on expanding the Asset Under Management. Key capabilities</p> <p>include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, collaborate with</p> <p>multiple stakeholders and provide tailored investment products aligned to customer needs. The center of all client</p> <p>engagements will be to ensure superior customer experience.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Provide financial solutions to HNI customers while maintaining high service standards.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics, and portfolio allocation.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Deepen the existing relationships by garnering client portfolio allocations across all the key offerings of</p> <p>Jio BlackRock</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Acquire new customers by converting referral leads.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Achieve targets as assigned by the organization monthly.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Comply with the rules and regulations laid out by the regulator.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><meta charset="UTF-8" /></p> <p>Key skills and experiences:</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Graduation/ Post graduation from a recognized institute</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;AMFI and NCFM certifications</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;6-10 years managing High Net worth clients.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Ability to manage complex client situations.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.</p> <p>&bull;&nbsp;Good networking and relationship building skills.</p>
