The role will be responsible for building strong brand equity, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels while working closely with marketing, sales, product, and external agencies.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Brand Strategy &amp; Management</p> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Develop and execute&nbsp;brand strategies&nbsp;aligned with business goals and market positioning.</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Own&nbsp;brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity&nbsp;across all touchpoints.</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Manage brand portfolios, new launches, and rebranding initiatives.</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Track brand health metrics such as&nbsp;awareness, consideration, and loyalty.</div> <p>Creative Direction</p> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Lead the&nbsp;creative vision&nbsp;for campaigns, packaging, ATL, BTL, and digital communication.</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Create new designs for packaging and marketing</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Oversee creative development for&nbsp;advertising, social media, POSM, packaging, and e-commerce&nbsp;assets.</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure brand consistency and quality.</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and video teams.</div> <p>Marketing &amp; Campaign Execution</p> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Plan and execute&nbsp;integrated marketing campaigns&nbsp;(ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, retail).</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Manage product storytelling and content calendars.</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Support&nbsp;product launches&nbsp;with end-to-end communication plans.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:</p> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Design or Brand Manager with past experience in a leading creative agency or a consumer brand</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Proven creative leadership and storytelling ability</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Experience across&nbsp;ATL, BTL, digital, social, and packaging</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Ability to balance&nbsp;creative thinking with data-driven decision-making</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Proficiency with marketing analytics and creative workflows</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p>Qualifications:</p> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in&nbsp;Marketing, Advertising, Design, or Business Management</div> <div>&bull;&nbsp;MBA or specialized branding/creative certifications are an advantage</div> <p>Experience Required:</p> <div>&bull;&nbsp;Minimum&nbsp;4&ndash;8 years&nbsp;of experience in&nbsp;brand management, marketing, or creative leadership, preferably in the&nbsp;FMCG industry</div>
