Click here to know more about Lighthouse Learning ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, cash and net debt. • Provide decision making support for Management by collating and analyzing financial and business data. • Evaluate CAPEX proposals from Business teams and provide analysis and suitable recommendations to Management. • Coordinate with business heads to put together Annual Budget and Three Year Business Plans. • Prepare short time/ quarterly forecasts as required by Investors. • Actively participate in initiatives to automate Financial reporting-be the Finance SPOC for planned ERP implementation. • Prepare and present monthly MIS including analysis of variances tied to business metrics. Prepare monthly presentations for Board of Directors/Investors and Senior Management Team • Work with the finance & accounts team to ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. • Evaluate and analyze potential acquisition opportunities form a Finance perspective, take lead in setting up data for potential acquisition candidates. JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Sr. Manager - Finance - Heritage Business Group Finance Function FP & A Location Gurugram Reports to CEO – Heritage & Head - FP &A Purpose The incumbent will be working with multiple teams at national level. The scope of the role will range from category business partnering, post-merger integration, profit maximization projects through Operations and Strategy execution, supply chain and sales finance to specialized functions like M&A support, New Project builds and System implementations. Experience and Qualification Essential Desirable • CA/MBA from a Tier 1 institute -Post qualification work experience of 8-12 years in finance in areas ie: financial analysis, corporate finance, Big 4. • Candidates with consulting experience would be preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where priorities may change rapidly. The incumbent must be capable of displaying resilience and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong academic background. The profile should reflect a passion for learning and staying updated on finance industry trends. • Prior experience of having worked in a matrix environment. • Prior experience in a Business Partner role. • Prior experience of managing FP&A in a MNC • Retail background preferred.
