Job Description

Key Responsibilities:<br /> • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long- term<br /> financial planning processes. Provide insights to support strategic decision- making.<br /> • Variance Analysis : Perform periodic variance analysis to identify key gaps & work<br /> towards bridging the gap along with the BU heads<br /> • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to drive<br /> financial performance. Provide financial guidance on business operations, investment<br /> opportunities, and cost management.<br /> • Scaling Strategy: Support the company's expansion efforts by identifying financial<br /> opportunities, risks, and key metrics for growth. Assist in optimizing financial<br /> processes to support scalability.<br /> • Reporting & Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and<br /> compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare and present financial reports to the<br /> executive team.<br /> • Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control<br /> measures without compromising on quality or company values.<br /> • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business<br /> decisions, including new project evaluations, product launches, and market<br /> expansion.<br /> • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders,<br /> including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparency and<br /> alignment.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related<br /> field.<br /> • Master's degree in Finance or related fields (Optional)<br /> • 1-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably with exposure to scaling<br /> businesses or working in the healthcare/wellness sector.<br /> • Strong analytical skills with a fair understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and<br /> data analysis.<br /> • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work<br /> collaboratively across functions.<br /> • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving growth and making a<br /> meaningful impact.<br /> • Proficiency in Excel
