Location Oblapura, Bangalore
Working Hours and days 09:30 AM to 06: 00 PM and 6 days
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
• To independently manage order execution for international customers (e.g., Walmart,
Loblaws, Dollar Tree, Manassen) ensuring timely order processing and shipment.
• To maintain and analyze logistics data (including costs) in SAP in line with contracts and
agreements.
• To coordinate with plants and cross-functional teams for on-time delivery, cost control,
and customer satisfaction.
• To ensure compliance with customer-specific documentation and system requirements.

4. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
• Graduate (Post-Graduation in Logistics preferred).
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Experience
• 3–4 years of relevant logistics/supply chain experience.
• Experience in export order management and customer handling.
Skills
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP knowledge.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data (CRD vs. actuals, cost trends, TATs).
• Communication: Strong written & verbal English; basic Kannada & Hindi preferred.
• Interpersonal: Ability to coordinate across departments and vendors.
• Behavioral: Proactive, detail-oriented, process-driven, and flexible in work hours.
