Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will manage end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients — ranging from funded startups to established SMEs — giving you exceptional cross-industry exposure. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank transactions in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of Vendor, Customer & General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare GSTR1, GSTR2B & GSTR3B on a monthly basis for clients and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly TDS workings for clients and file quarterly TDS returns, including rectifications as required.
  • Prepare and file PF, ESIC & Professional Tax returns on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter / MBA in Finance is a plus).
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GST and TDS compliance.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools is an advantage.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.
