Job Description
<div>The Role<br />
•<br />
Work directly with the head of business and grow the brands in all key channels for the India market<br />
•<br />
Take charge of the India P&L including purchase / inventory decisions, line selection and brand building activities<br />
•<br />
Hire and develop a team to profitably grow channel sales<br />
•<br />
Cross-functional decision making will be required to drive the appropriate GTM strategy including pricing, marketing, branding etc.<br />
•<br />
Create a robust reporting mechanism that culminates in dashboards that are reviewed with the leadership team at an appropriate cadence<br />
You’re a good fit if you:<br />

Are able to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders and understand requirements of different channels<br />
•<br />
Have good communication skills and are able to independently propose solutions while working well with people<br />
•<br />
Are a self starter and interested in a role with cross-functional exposure<br />
•<br />
Have high energy and a bias for action, with good understanding of costing and P&Ls</div>

<div>Preferred Qualification<br />
•<br />
3+ years of experience, with a preference of some background in commercial or operational roles, dealing with physical products or management consulting for consumer goods</div>
