Job Summary
The Plant HR Manager will lead the HR, Industrial Relations, Administration, Security, Contract Labour, and Compliance functions at the plant. This role aims to ensure statutory compliance, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and effective workforce management while partnering with Plant Leadership to strengthen HR systems, governance standards, and people practices across the manufacturing location.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Workforce Management: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, workforce planning, attendance, manpower deployment, HR records, policies, and plant HR operations.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, induction, and manpower planning for both permanent and contract workforces.
- Compliance & Statutory Management: Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory filings, audits, and inspections.
- Industrial Relations (IR): Maintain harmonious employee relations, handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and provide practical solutions to workforce challenges.
- Contract Labour Management: Oversee contractor compliance, labour deployment, documentation, audits, and statutory obligations.
- Administration & Facility Management: Manage administration, security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, employee welfare facilities, and plant infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, or equivalent; Degree in Law preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Compliance, and Administration within Food, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Packaging, or Manufacturing industries.
- Language: Comprehensive proficiency in Marathi language is mandatory.
- Age: 30 to 45 Years.

- Strong leadership skills to manage large workforces and contract labour.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on results and execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling multiple plants and establishing HR systems and governance frameworks is preferred.
- Self-motivated leader capable of driving team performance and engagement.

Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR management, particularly in a plant or factory environment.
Environment
- The work schedule is on-site, 6 days a week, based in Wada - Manor Road, Maharashtra.
Salary
- Up to ₹13.50 LPA, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
