Job Description
Lead Generation and Acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B clients across various industries.
Reduce TAT: Implement strategies to shorten the sales cycle and quickly convert leads into clients.
Promote Offerings: Develop and execute innovative strategies to market and sell value-added services.
Client Relationship Management: Build & maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with product & partnerships team to co-create new
products tailored to industry needs. Collaborate with business teams to align on client requirements.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop & implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, & client needs.
Performance Metrics: Track & analyze sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and
strategy adjustments.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior
management.
