Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Management

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

2. Client Interaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase.
• Facilitate and lead client workshops to understand their business processes and needs and translate them into functional specifications.

3. Technical Implementation

• Lead the configuration, installation, and setup of the software solution.
• Customize the software solution to fit the client's specific business processes and requirements.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in software implementation, consulting
• Proficiency in software implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of the specific software or systems being implemented (ERP, CRM, SaaS, etc.).
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) will be a plus.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting environment or within a technology service provider
• Willingness and ability to travel international and domestic as needed for client engagements and project requirements.
• Prior experience working on or implementing with Hospital Information Systems, EMR/EHR would be an advantage
