Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Prospect & generate leads through referrals, industry networks, business databases, and
digital channels.
2. Undertake targeted outreach (cold outreach – email, phone, linkedin, warm outreach –
networking, industry events, referrals) to C-level executives (CXOs) to introduce services,
identify needs, and gather essential information for lead qualification.
3. Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) to
ensure they meet the criteria for further engagement and scheduling meetings.
4. Schedule & setup high-impact meetings for partners with qualified leads, managing a
monthly target
5. Track progress and maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and event participation in
the CRM system, ensuring the pipeline remains updated.
6. Attend industry events & networking forums to build relationships and generate leads.
7. Conduct market research & stay updated on industry trends, competitors & client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and communication skills.
2. Experience in consultative selling, partnerships, or high-value B2B sales.
3. Self-driven, structured, and proactive in lead generation and follow-ups.
4. Background in professional services, finance, or consulting is a plus.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mass communications, commerce or business administration
2. 2-5 years of experience in prospecting and qualifying leads
3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Zoho Bigin), MS Office & G suite
4. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
