Job Summary

The Smartsheet Admin will be responsible for managing the Smartsheet platform by creating and optimizing dashboards, forms, and reports. This role is critical for ensuring efficient data collection and workflow management, which supports the organization's overall goals. The candidate will also be tasked with integrating Smartsheet with Jira to enhance project management.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and optimize Smartsheet dashboards for executives and teams.
• Build forms within Smartsheet for effective data collection, validation, and workflow triggers.
• Create advanced reports, including KPIs and analytics, and utilize features such as Data Mesh, Control Center, and Resource Management.
• Integrate Smartsheet with Jira via connectors, automation, or API to streamline project management processes.
• Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in verbal and written correspondence.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in using Smartsheet.
• Expertise in designing Smartsheet dashboards and forms.
• Strong skills in advanced reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience with Jira integration and relevant API functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely during the shift hours of 5 PM – 2 AM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of workflow automation strategies within Smartsheet.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years relevant experience in Smartsheet administration.

Environment

• Remote work setting; candidates from Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh will not be considered.
