Role & Designation : Lead Non - Litigation
Replacement role : Lakshmi Narayanwami
Reporting to : Head Legal: Rakesh Rai ( who reports to the CRO)
Product Knowledge: Construction Finance, CNI, Digital Lending, Secured Lending ( any 3 out of 4 is mandatory).
DRs: 5 to 6
Years of Experience: 18 to 20 years
Talent Pool : P1: NBFC , P2: Banks
Budget: 40 Lacs ( can consider a notch high, depending on the candidate)
