Job Summary

The Private Banker will be responsible for managing high-net-worth clients and providing them with personalized financial advice and solutions. This role aims to build long-term client relationships while contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the bank.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to provide customized banking and investment solutions.
• Conduct financial assessments to understand clients' financial needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial services.
• Proven sales skills and ability to meet or exceed targets.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in financial planning or investment management (e.g., CFA, CFP).
• Experience in wealth management or private banking.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management is preferred.

This role is primarily office-based in Bangalore, with potential client meetings and networking events as part of the job responsibilities.

Salary

• Estimated salary range is between ₹50,00,000 to ₹70,00,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
