About the Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, founders-led Real Estate investment

advisory firm at an exciting phase of its journey. You will work closely with C-Suite, top

developers, landowners, investors, and financial institutions across Bangalore and Mumbai,

gaining comprehensive exposure to the full deal cycle — from origination to closure.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking motivated professionals with previous experience in Investment Banking,

Capital Markets, Valuations, or Consulting roles or strategy or fund-raising role at Developers or

financial analysis.

A strong interest in the real estate sector is essential for this role; prior real estate exposure is a

definite plus.

The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and bring a

combination of financial acumen, business curiosity, and ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct/manage in-depth financial analysis and build detailed cash flow and

valuation models (e.g., DCF, IRR, NPV)

• Support deal execution through data room management, coordination with investors,

and stakeholder communications

• Assist in preparing investment memorandum, pitch books, and presentations for clients,

investors, and internal reviews

• Participate in due diligence processes for transactions including feasibility studies and

business case evaluations

• Research market trends, pricing benchmarks, competitive intelligence, and recent

deal activity across the real estate sector

• Provide ongoing support on special projects and strategic initiatives led by senior

leadership

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, Business, or related field from a reputed institution (MBA /

CA preferred)

• 4–13 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Valuation,

Consulting, or Transaction Advisory or strategy/fund raising role at Developers

• Prior exposure to real estate transactions is must

• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• High comfort with data, numbers, and Excel-based analysis

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a sense of ownership

• Experience in end-to-end execution preferred
